Kyle Wescott, Owner/Certified Home Inspector

Kyle has been performing home inspections throughout the State of Maine for over 10 years. Throughout this time he has become a Certified NACHI Home Inspector and a has become proficient in sewer and septic inspections. Kyles background includes a degree in Fire Science which focused on fire and life safety codes and building construction. In addition to being a home inspector, Kyle is a fire fighter for the city of Portland. When not working, you can find him spending time with his family enjoying all that Maine has to offer. Being a native Mainer, he enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting and exploring new areas within his home state.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Certified Home Inspector & NACHI Member (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)
• Member of AARST (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, Inc.)
• Inspections meet or exceed NACHI & ASHI standards (American Society of Home Inspectors)
• Graduate of Home Inspectors Institute
• Licensed & Certified Air Radon Tester – State of Maine
